A backstage breakup between tango partners spirals into total chaos when Roxana ends her relationship with Mateo five minutes before their performance. Their argument erupts onto the stage, where Gianpiero, an eccentric “artistic genius” of a director (and allegedly a descendant of Julius Caesar), decides to transform the disaster into his greatest masterpiece. He casts Mateo as a werewolf, Roxana as a swan, and begins manipulating them in front of a live audience. What follows is a gloriously unhinged collision of Argentine tango, carefully crafted conspiracies and pure theatrical madness, led by a director who bows while the actors call an ambulance. A dark, physical, absurd comedy where even the audience can’t tell what’s scripted anymore.

Mateusz Mirek - Gianpiero
Mateusz Mirek is a Polish actor, director and producer based in the UK. He holds an MA in Musical Theatre from Poland and an MA in Acting from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. His acting credits include Netflix's Black Mirror, Channel 4's No Offence, ITV's Coronation Street and leading UK and Polish theatre venues. He also directs and produces with Other Space Productions.
Agata Nielsen - Roxana
An actress, writer, producer, and founder of Drama Queen Studios (a London-based theatre and film production company). Her short film "The Therapy Session" premiered at Raindance last year, winning multiple awards. She is currently staging her dark tango comedy “The Swan, The Werewolf and Gianpiero” in London, while shooting a poetry short, developing a feature, and writing a new immersive theatre piece.
Erwin Janke - Mateo
Erwin Janke is a bilingual German/English actor based in London. His work spans theatre, film and television, with screen credits including Germany’s Tatort, independent films and commercials. His acting is grounded in physicality and emotional truth, with a particular interest in character-driven stories and the complexity of human behaviour. He is a two-time Best Actor winner at the Island of Horror Film Fest in Maryland, USA, receiving the award in 2023 for Marvin the Vampire and in 2025 for Ring Ring.
Maddy Miron - Maid
Madalina is a dancer and arts enthusiast who has been passionate about Argentine Tango for over 10 years. She dedicates much of her free time to both experiencing and creating art, embracing opportunities to explore different forms of creative expression.
She appeared as one of the two principal cast members in the short film Not There, written and directed by Esteban Mereles.
Alongside her artistic pursuits, Madalina is passionate about personal growth and enjoys supporting others in reaching their full potential.
Krystian Godlewski - Consulting Director
Krystian Godlewski is a versatile actor of Polish origin. Trained in physical theatre, polyphonic singing, butoh, mime, acrobatics, and modern dance.
Screen credits include: The Guardians of the Galaxy (Marvel/Disney), Enid and Lucy (Sianel4), Lucky Man 2 (Sky TV), Ambassadors (BBC2), Capital (BBC1), Murder Maps (3DD Productions for UK TV Yesterday).
Theatre credits include: Missing (Wretched Theatre), Cockpit, Life is a Dream (The Lyceum, Edinburgh), The Nutcracker (Nuffield Theatre), Invisible (Transport Theatre), Truth, White Suit (Song Theatre), 1001 Nights (Unicorn Theatre)
