Script Reading Week

We’re inviting theatre companies of all levels, as well as, individuals who have the ability to assemble their own groups, to take part in our upcoming Script Readings Week. This is a unique opportunity to hear your work performed live, receive valuable feedback and connect with a vibrant community of creatives.

We’re looking for bold stories, fresh voices and diverse perspectives. Whether your script is polished or still in progress, we want to see it!

Script Readings Week is open to all types of scripts. Whether fully polished or still in development, we encourage bold stories, fresh voices and diverse perspectives.

This is your chance to experiment, take creative risks and see your ideas come alive in a collaborative environment.

How to Apply:

Applying for Script Readings Week is quick and straightforward. We welcome submissions from theatre companies and individual groups of all sizes and experience levels. To apply:

• Prepare your script: Make sure your work is ready to be shared in a reading format. This can be a polished script or a work-in-progress.

• Complete the application form: Fill in your company details, a brief description of your script and any specific requirements for your reading.

• Submit before the deadline: Applications are accepted until 6th October at 12am. Early applications are encouraged to secure your preferred date.

Our team will review all submissions and confirm selected scripts. Once accepted, you’ll receive guidance on rehearsal schedules, technical requirements and tips for getting the most out of your reading experience.
